Most word processors were never built for Urdu. The letters join wrongly, the lines collapse into each other, and option labels come out as (a) (b) (c) in the middle of an Urdu paper.
The paper builder sets every Urdu paper right to left in a real Nastaliq face - Noto Nastaliq Urdu or Jameel Noori Nastaleeq - with the line height Nastaliq needs, so the descenders of one line never run into the next. MCQ options are labelled (الف) (ب) (ج) (د) automatically.

Urdu and English on one paper
